Ask yourself “To achieve these goals what small activities need to be done?” And basically list them down. Lead measures help predict success that is within your control. Think of them as your daily or weekly steps that push you closer to your big goals.

3. Keep a Compelling Scoreboard

Who doesn’t love a good scoreboard? As the lead of a project keeping track of your progress in a visible and compelling way is key to maintaining momentum. When your team can see the score, they’re more engaged and motivated. Create a simple, clear, and fun scoreboard to track your progress. Seeing your progress in real-time is a powerful motivator! So, start noting down your wins and finding solutions to your losses.

4. Create a Pace of Accountability
