The Tiguliskane – CODE IT mobile application is a platform that will create an e-commerce market for buyers and sellers to transact from the comfort of their homes while the CODE IT team makes collections and deliveries between the buyers and sellers for a customers’ convenience
An idea generated by Anthony Munthali, CODE IT will act as a medium for the buyer and the seller where transaction processes have been simplified in simple steps which include Downloading the application > Creating an account for yourself or your business > Posting pictures and videos of your product or services > Waiting for another user to buy your product > a notificatipn sent to the seller once a product has been bought > Code IT employee will come to you and pick up the product > We will keep it at our storage space where the buyer will pick it up and pay for it.
While pitching the idea to the three judges pannel, Anthony Munthali acknowledged that the use of digital platforms for transactions are many but the uniqueness of the Tiguliskane – CODE IT application is on the transaction fee/money which will not directly exchange hands between the buyer and the seller.
“If a buyer is not satisfied with the product or is the seller presents a product or service contrary to the one that was initially advertised, we will act as middlemen to either refund the moey or rectify the challenges send during the transaction process. On our sustainability as a start up, these transaction fees will generate revenue for us to ensure that we serve our customers with full satisfaction,” said Munthali.
